Why Reverse Osmosis?
You have the best machine, the perfect blend, but without the best quality water, you will never reach the full potential of your coffee extraction.
Reverse osmosis (RO) is the only effective way of removing all contaminates from your water supply that will affect the taste of your coffee and the performance of your machine. For years the industry has been using activated carbon filters, that remove part of the taste from organics in the water, but does nothing to remove dissolved salts within the water. It is these dissolved salts that also lead to the long term buildup of calcium and scale within your espresso machine.
Our Genisis system removes nearly all dissolved solids from the water, leaving clean pure water. We then pass this water through a cartridge containing natural rock minerals to balance the water to give the perfect tasting coffee and for efficient machine operation.

If you prefer we can arrange for the installation of the system into your facility (additional charge), the system does come with detailed instructions for those wishing to undertake this process themselves.
